How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your OneMore account directly from the app:
- Open the OneMore app
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed, including your profile, events you created, messages, and event history.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, date of birth)
- Your location data
- Events you created
- Messages you sent and received
- Your event attendance history and interactions
- Ratings you have given
Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:
privacy@onemore.com
Please include the email address associated with your OneMore account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
